Adult Rehearsal Schedule

Mon Nov 17th - Oak Room

Unfortunately we are in Oak but I would like to try to have a complete run through starting at 6.30pm.
There will be no children involved but I'm sure it will be useful and hopefully not too time consuming.
I would like Mole there at 6.15 if possible to run through the sentry scene a few times with the children, who are leaving at 6.30. If this is too early we'll see you at 6.30.

I'm sure there'll be a lot of hanging around but it can't be helped.

Tuesday November 18th

The photographer from The Cumberland News is coming at 6.30.
He has stated that in addition to the children he is planning to take close ups of some of the main characters. If you want to be involved in this you will need to be at the hall by 5.45pm to get into costume and makeup. If you're not going to be involved please let me know because we may have to make use of a substitute.

Otherwise it's a run through of the whole play which is now unlikely to get started before 6.50pm, so this will probably go on beyond 9.30pm. I am going to start this rehearsal with the end - dance, song, bows, exit - to make sure that we practise it before the children go home at 9.00pm. Unfortunately, this means everybody will have to be there for the whole evening.

We are fast running out of time so please come along to rehearsals knowing your lines. We will shortly reach the stage when we will be concentrating on run throughs because there are so many scene changes and entrances and exits from different places (not to mention 34 children to organise!). So, get reading!
